YORK MARSHALL SCHOLARSHIPS
This Scholarship is for Graduate Study in any subject at either Masters or Doctoral level at the University of York and will be for up to two years (with a possibility of a third year for doctoral studies). If awarded a York Marshall Scholarship candidates would be expected to study at the University of York.

General information

Students at York are taught by academics who are leading experts in their fields. This was confirmed by the most recent Research Excellence Framework (REF), carried out in 2021, that placed the University amongst the Top 10 institutions overall in the UK for Research. The proportion of research activity of world-leading, 4* status is amongst the highest of any UK university, while eight of the University’s academic departments were ranked in the top five for their subject and twelve were in the top ten in terms of research impact.
