Rory Wilson MA Philosophy

‘I really do love the pride Sheffield has in its industrial history. It’s consistently reflected throughout the buildings and just the energy of the city. I found the people of Sheffield to be very friendly, somehow just really connected with the city. The biggest highlights for me have been the connections made. It’s easy to spend a philosophy degree reading and writing, locked away all day, but the Philosophy Department here offers a wide range of opportunities to get involved.’

Kendel Glapion MSc Entrepreneurship

‘I wanted to be able to get out of my comfort zone by pursuing a masters in a new country. I was able to learn more about another country’s culture while continuing to learn about myself and in doing so grow as a person. The community of Sheffield and the University were so supportive and welcoming.’
