Katherine (Katie) Scheibner is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, where she studied Computer Science and Mandarin Chinese. As a cadet, Katie researched the intersection of technology, security, and development as a Stamps Scholar and was an active member of the USAFA Marathon Team. With the Marshall Scholarship, Katie plans to study International Security Studies at the University of St. Andrews, followed by a year of Cyber Security studies. Katie will then serve as a Cyberspace Operations Officer in the U.S. Air Force, with the long-term goal of becoming a dual-tracked Cyberspace Operations and Foreign Area Officer.
