Michael Ruppli joined the Marshall Secretariat as Programme Officer fully in March 2026, to provide maternity leave cover. He is secretary to the Scholar Experience Committee, provides Scholar support and is involved in the organization of Scholar events.

Michael pursued a career in university admissions at various institutions before moving to Marshall’s sister programme, Chevening Scholarships, where he gained experience as a Scholarship Programme Officer.
