1993 Marshall Scholar

Laura Lafave is the chief technology officer of OnCorps, which provides collaborative data science and peer advising for enterprises.  Prior to joining OnCorps, Laura was the Vice President for U.S. Batch Operations for TransUnion, a global provider of consumer credit information and information management services, and was an enterprise architect for Accenture, in their global technology practice.  She is a specialist in systems transformation and optimisation, including the replacement of large legacy IT systems.

Laura received her M.Sc. in Mathematical Logic and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Bristol.  Her undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Philosophy is from the University of Pittsburgh, an institution recognised as a Marshall Centre of Excellence in 2003.  She has since returned to Bristol, where she is active in several local political and community organisations.  She is married with two young children.
