Shruthi Rajasekar

Shruthi Rajasekar is a composer and vocalist exploring intersections in identity and music. She is currently pursuing an MMus in Composition at the Royal Northern College of Music, having completed an MMus Ethnomusicology at SOAS, University of London. In the United Kingdom, Shruthi has worked with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain, NMC recordings, Britten-Pears Foundation, Psappha, and the PRiSM research project collaborating with University of Liverpool scientists. A native of Minnesota, Shruthi graduated from Princeton University and received the Edward T. Cone Prize in Music.
