Robert Clinton will graduate from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study with a concentration in “The Sociology and Politics of Urban Agriculture.” A Richmond, California native, Robert’s academic interests include municipal governance, environmentalism, and studying food as cultural expression. As a Global Fellow in Urban Practice, he conducted independent research on the relationship between religion, environmentalism, and national identity as expressed in the sustainability practices of ethnic Germans and Muslim Turkish migrants. Robert plans to pursue a MSc in Sustainable Urbanism at University College London, and enjoys baking, camping, and volunteering with senior citizens in his spare time
