RB double majored in Biology and Arabic Studies at Williams College. He has worked as a journalist for the Daily Star in Beirut, Lebanon and the Nome Nugget in Nome, Alaska, and as a field biology intern for the National Parks Service in Alaska, Hawai’i and Guam. He is interested in reorienting conservation research and policy to support the knowledge and priorities of local and Indigenous communities. He plans to pursue an MSc in Evolutionary Genetics at the University of Edinburgh.
