Leia Yen

Leia Yen graduated from UCLA with a BA in English and minors in Digital Humanities and Global Studies. She is also an alumna of El Camino College, making her the first community college transfer student at UCLA to become a Marshall Scholar. Leia in interested in using digital humanities education as a means of tackling inequalities in digital technology and culture. She will continue developing research at the intersection of transnational, post-colonial, and digital humanities studies in the Digital Humanities department at King’s College London. Leia is grateful to God for the opportunity to be better equipped for serving others.
