Laura studied Plan II Honors, Economics, and Health and Society at the University of Texas at Austin. Pursuing her passion for public health through writing and research, she has worked at The Dallas Morning News, the U.S. State Department, UT’s Dell Medical School, and several health-based foundations. After completing her studies at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, Laura plans on pursuing a career in global health policy.
