Clara Wicoff is a graduate of Kansas State University, where she studied agricultural economics, global food systems leadership, and entomology. She is a Truman Scholar with a passion for food security. Clara developed this passion while working with her local summer food service program for three summers. To gain food and agricultural policy experience, she completed internships with the United States Senate Agriculture Committee and the Kansas State Legislature. As a Marshall Scholar, Clara will pursue an MPhil in Economics at the University of Oxford.
