Bailey Anderson, a native of Bowie, Texas, will graduate from the University of Texas with a degree in Geography. As a NOAA Hollings Scholar and Killam Fellow, Bailey has worked to develop a broad understanding of water rights and science. She has conducted research with the National Weather Service, the Texas Water Development Board, and on campus. She is interested in exploring the effects of climate change on flood events and their implications for human populations. Bailey plans to read for an MPhil Water Science, Policy and Management at the University of Oxford.
