The Commission has established partnerships with leading institutions in the UK.
Marshall applicants are invited to indicate a first and second choice university and course per year of their award. Whilst Marshall Scholarships are tenable at any British University, expressions of interest in studying at universities other than Oxford, Cambridge and Greater London are particularly welcomed. Candidates are especially encouraged to consider the Marshall Partner Universities.

Please note: for the purposes of the Marshall selection process, applicants to courses at the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge are not considered as candidates for Partnership Marshall Scholarships, due to bespoke partnership agreements with Colleges, specific College admission procedures and since College choices are assigned by the Commission following selection.

Candidates for Partnership awards will compete in the main Marshall Scholarship competition and awards offered are not in addition to the 40-50 Marshall Scholarships offered annually.
