Noah graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Physics.  He has previously been awarded a Barry Goldwater Scholarship.

While at the University of Michigan Noah was the liaison between students and faculty for the Physics Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.  He was also President of the Society of Physics Students and Japanese Language Circle.

Noah plans to study how science and technology connect with public policy at the University of Sussex.
