Jeffrey Holzgrafe, originally from Austin, Texas, will graduate from Olin College in 2015 with a degree in Engineering Physics. A Goldwater Scholar, he previously worked on computational methods for modeling interaction between cold plasmas and materials, nanofabrication for lithium air batteries, and plasmonic resonator engineering at the University of Texas, Vanderbilt University, and Harvard University. Jeffrey also helped lead Olin through a rewrite of its student honor code and organizes volunteers and events for Science Olympiad, a high school science competition. At Cambridge, Jeffrey will work with the Quantum Information and Nanoscale Metrology Group toward an MPhil in Physics.
