The Hon Lady Wolffe KC was, until recently, a Senator of the College of Justice in Scotland (equivalent of High Court judge) and is now a professor in two law schools. She was Standing Junior Counsel to the DTI and its successor departments and became a QC in 2008. Elevated to the bench in 2014, in 2016 she became the first woman to be appointed as a Commercial Judge in Scotland. In 2021 she was appointed a professor at Strathclyde Law School and an Honorary Chair at Edinburgh University Law School.
