Theodore graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics. He founded a non-profit leadership training organization that served Philadelphia middle and high schoolers and researched addiction policy with the White House Executive Office of the President under President Obama. A Mitchell Scholar, Theodore graduated first in his class with a Master of Public Health from University College Cork. He will undertake a PhD in Health Sciences at the University of York.
