A native of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Sarah will graduate from Yale University with a B.A. and an M.A. in Classics. Her interests include Greek and Roman historiography, Greek hexameter poetry, and the material culture of the Eastern Mediterranean. She interns as a Goodyear Fellow in the Conservation and Ancient Art Departments of the Yale University Art Gallery. Sarah intends to study Greek and Roman History at Oxford, where she will explore how mythicized histories become integral to socio-political identities in the ancient world. A keen classical musician, Sarah also performs with the Yale Glee Club and the Opera Theatre of Yale College.
