Quinn studied at the U.S. Naval Academy where he earned his degrees in quantitative economics and political science. At the Academy, he was honored to serve as Executive Officer to the Brigade of Midshipmen. With the Marshall Scholarship, Quinn intends to study International Relations at the University of York, with a focus on allied engagement in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. Following completion of his degree, Quinn will report to Naval Air Training Command for qualification as a Naval Aviator.
