Malak Kudaimi graduated from the University of California, Irvine with degrees in International Studies and Public Health Policy. She then served as a Bill Emerson National Hunger Fellow in the 25th class of fellows. Kudaimi worked with the University District Food Bank in Seattle on the organization’s college hunger initiative and with 1,000 Days in Washington D.C. on a research project concerning a federal nutrition program (WIC). She will attend the LSE to pursue an MSc in Health and International Development and hopes to work with the United Nations in the Middle East on nutrition policy post-graduation.
