Jack graduated from the University of Virginia in 2018, Phi Beta Kappa, with highest distinction, and as a recipient of a full merit Jefferson Scholarship. He also served as Vice Chair of the Judiciary Committee, as Editor-in-Chief of the Seriatim Journal of American Politics, and in several leadership roles within the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society. As a Marshall Scholar, Jack will attend the University of Cambridge to earn a PhD in Politics and International Studies.
