Adrian (St Paul, MN) is a senior in Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service where he majors in International Politics with minors in Justice and Peace Studies and Spanish, where he was described as “the single most effective and thoughtful student leader” of the last decade. He is passionately dedicated to US education policy reform and has interned on education policy with the US Senate; a private think tank focused on education equity (where he liaised with the D.C. State Board of Education); and the National Education Equity Lab at Georgetown. He has also worked on Congressional political campaigns, completed a year-long research internship on the study of cash transfer programs in Latin America; a second competitive year-long fellowship in the study of the US Presidency; and worked for the Minnesota House of Representatives. He has held numerous leadership positions at Georgetown and volunteered throughout DC tutoring children. Adrian plans to read for two taught Masters in comparative education and education policy.
