Cameron ‘Cam’ Tice, of Auburn, AL, will graduate with a Biomedical Sciences degree from Auburn University. He has been honored for his research on treatment efforts for juvenile delinquency, which reinforced his commitment to making a tangible impact on the world through evidence-based research. He currently spearheads a campus organization that promotes women’s health, and he volunteers as a researcher that studies the effects of Recovery Housing in long-term substance abuse recovery. He intends to become a research physician, healing those with addictions using the lessons he learns from his patients. At the University of Cambridge, he will complete an MPhil in Medical Science (Psychiatry) and conduct a year-long research project on social decision-making in patients with Cocaine Use Disorder.
