Nina Potischman graduated from Pomona College with a B.A. in English literature. Drawing on her experiences living with ulcerative colitis, her writing focuses on illness, disability, autoimmunity and the gut. In her time at Pomona, she completed “Is Anyone Not Ready?”, a novel set in high school debate. She is the founder of Queerings, a jewelry company, and the co-founder of Speech and Debate Stories, an organization focused on sexual violence within high school debate. In the UK, Nina will enroll in the University of Exeter’s MA English Literary Studies.
