Marshall Scholar helps evacuate more than 4000 disabled people from Ukraine

Since the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Anna Landre, 2021 Marshall Scholar (pictured), has been working with a global team of disabled experts to create a humanitarian aid and evacuation mechanism for people with disabilities in Ukraine.
